Position: Business Development Managers & Officers
Locations: Lagos, Abuja, Yola
Your priority will be to develop new revenue streams out of the existing products and services of the bank. This will involve analyzing markets and identifying new opportunities in consultation with senior management to continue to grow and develop the bank
Position Profile
- A good first degree or HND in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Economics or other related discipline.
- A Masters Degree /Professional qualification will be added advantage. Good ICT skill is a basic requirement.
- Candidates for Manager position should have not less than 10 years post graduate experience in banking (financial institution in which 5 years must been spent in business development.
- Business Development Officers must have not less than 5 years experience in a bank or financial institution.
As HR Manager, you will be focused on recruiting and retaining the best people. You will also be responsible for reward and recognition programs, compensation benchmarking, performance management as well as career and succession planning.
Position Profile
- A good first degree or HND in related discipline, a master degree in Human Resource Management or relevant professional qualification or certification will be an added advantage.
- Candidates must have not less than 8 years post graduate experience which 5 years must be HR administration in a structured environment.
