Our client, a construction company commencing the development of an office complex desires the above experienced professionals with background in Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, respectively.

Project: Construction of an Office Complex

Location: Northern Nigeria

Duration: 24 Months

Position: Quantity Surveyors

Experience:

* Minimum 10 years Experience.
* Periodic interim Valuation Ability to carry out evaluation of construction work in progress.
* Progress Monitoring and evaluation of compliance with programme of work.
* Effective working relationship with Project Management team and Expatriate Staff.

Qualification:

* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant fields.

Position: Civil Engineers

Experience:

* Minimum 8 years Experience.
* Monitoring of material usage/movement.
* Shall have professional qualification recognised by NSE.
* Specification monitoring/compliance.
* Ability to interpret site drawing.
* Ability to use MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project and PowerPoint.
* Effective working relationship with Project Management team and Expatriate Staff.

Qualification:

* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant fields.

Position: Electrical Engineers

Experience:

* Minimum 8 years Experience.
* Shall have professional qualification recognised by NSE.
* Ability to produce and interpret drawing in AutoCAD software.
* Ability to interpret on site drawings.
* Ability to develop programme of work.
* Effective working relationship with Project Management team and Expatriate Staff.

Qualification:

* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant fields.

Position: Accountant

Experience:

* Minimum 5 years Experience.
* Project Accounting including but not limited to stock movement/order, wages, materials, salaries.
* Financial Reporting

Qualification:

* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant fields.
