Our client is a fast growing microfinance bank with over two years operational experience, managed by dedicated industry experts with track record. The bank seeks to engage visionary, hardworking, energetic, enthusiastic and confident candidates to fill the positions below

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the bank is abreast and complies with all regulatory requirements, understands the short to long term implications of regulations and their evolution.

The candidates must possess the following skills, attributes and qualifications

* A minimum of 4years post-graduate experience in similar position.
* A bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Minimum of Second class Lower Division)
* A relevant professional certification will be an added advantage.
* Must be young and energetic (Should not exceed the age of 32)

Strategic perspective and must be highly computer literate (Must be conversant with Microsoft Office Suite and proficient in the use of excel)

* Good communication skills

* Sound knowledge of the Financial services industry especially Microfinance Institutions

RELATIONSHIP OFFICERS (GIL/ARO)

The successful candidates will be responsible for investigating credit records and related data, conducting initial KYC and analyzing results. As well, they will be responsible for making recommendations based upon findings. May initiate loan disbursement and/or organize supporting documentation. Generally, he is to ensure that client’s needs and demands are responded to effectively. The candidate must possess at least an OND in a related field.
